Inviting Team Members
Add colleagues to your QuoteCrest workspace so they can create and manage quotes.
Inviting a team member
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite member
- Enter the person's email address
- Choose their role: Member or Admin
- Click Send invite
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they don't have a QuoteCrest account, they'll be prompted to create one.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Member | Create and manage quotes, clients, and items |
| Admin | Everything a Member can do, plus: manage team settings, billing, and team members |
Removing a team member
Go to Settings → Team, find the member, click the ··· menu, and select Remove. This revokes their access immediately.
Pending invitations
Invitations that haven't been accepted appear as Pending in the team list. You can resend or cancel a pending invitation from the ··· menu.
Team billing
All team members share the same plan and quota. For example, AI credits are shared across the whole workspace.
